I was born in South Africa and spent the first part of my life and career working in nature conservation coming to England in 2001 and becoming involved in the property market in 2004. A tale of two completely different paths has given me a certain perspective on how to manage people and a practical approach to understanding and working in the property market and industry.

Starting as a property investor pre-credit crunch I built up a portfolio and knowledge with regard sourcing, refurbishing and managing properties across the UK, owning multiple lettings and sales agencies. The credit crunch turned the world and the industry on its head in 2009 and it gave me the base to cope with and innovate through the lockdown and restrictions of 2020/1.

The mission is to deliver the best property auction service in the UK with a commitment to my belief that the mass auction sales are a thing of the past with a modern focus on the individual, their needs and the appropriate process for the sale of their property, a bespoke service focussing on what works for the client and not necessarily what promotes the business.
