We are an independant property auction company founded and run by Paul Higgins-Drysdale in response to the modern and ever changing world we live in, specifically the opportunities opened up in the property auction industry. Paul has worked in property for 17 years, as an investor, an estate agent and an auctioneer. His objective for the business is to deliver the best advice with regard to the method of sale, price and process for every client, every time.
The pandemic and lockdown of 2020/2021 forced the auction industry to change and the online platforms demonstrated their worth by exposing a property/lot to the entire market rather than simply to the bidders who could make the trip to the old school auction rooms of the past. It effectively opened up the property auction to a much bigger part of the property investor market. We are a new, innovative and pioneering business for buying and selling property and our mission is to deliver the best property auction service in the UK with a commitment to our belief that the mass auction sales are a thing of the past with a modern focus on the individual, their needs and the appropriate process for the sale of their property, a bespoke service focussing on what works for the client and not necessarily what promotes the business.

Our bespoke 4-week auction sale process will start with the best advice possible, using our unique Property Sale Appraisal whereby we appraise the property thoroughly and professionally giving you all the information you need to make the best decision with regard to your property. We guide you through the auction build-up, the auction and the completion with professional and effective advice at every stage.
As auctioneers we are legally and ethically obliged to give you the best advice possible, specifically with regard to the method of sale and price. This sets us apart from estate agents who look at one method, private treaty and cannot advise on all 3-methods. We sell property using all formats, whether that be in the auction room or on our online auction platform, our commitment is to start the process with the best advice possible and set up the auction process and date with the appropriate marketing time needed. Our system provides all the benefits synonymous with traditional auctions, speed and certainty of sale, transparency and zero risk of gazumping/gazundering or double-selling, but with the added advantage of allowing buyers to bid pressure-free from the comfort of their own home or office via desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
A focus on best advice and attention to detail
We specialise in being able to deliver our Property Sale Appraisal remotely, without the initial need to visit and inspect the property, this is something we have perfected and it means that there is no wasted effort or time and the property is objectively appraised as a starting point (when needed in certain circumstances we can attend and inspect a property anywhere in the country).
Our network of national subcontractors gives us the reach to do what no other property auction company is currently doing effectively, to sell a property anywhere in the country. Our attention to detail and focus on what works best for the client is what sets us apart, we focus on the needs of the client and offer single lot timed auctions online, in room auctions and auctions at the property, thus allowing bidders to engage in every format and achieving results no other property auction company can compete with. On the day of the auction, each lot is given our full attention by means of it’s dedicated 2-hour bidding window so that no bidding opportunity is lost. We have the ability to register bidders live during the bidding window which means our clients can rest assured that the entire market is paying as much as possible when the bidding ends.
