How to Use the Higgins Drysdale Tools – Auction Sales Made Simple

Deciding whether you should sell your property at auction or through an estate agent is a significant consideration. We believe the only way you can make the choice is by understanding what is right for your individual property sale and receiving the best advice for your needs.

At Higgins Drysdale National Property Auctions, we have all sorts of tools and guides available to make the house auction process as simple as possible for sellers and buyers and you can be certain that when you instruct us to sell your property, we will have the best marketing tools and strategies available to make sure bidders will be there on the day and ready to buy.

Start the conversation to sell your property at auction

We are here to help with any query you may have about selling a property at auction. Possibly the simplest and most convenient way to get in touch is through our LiveChat facility that pops up as you browse through our website. (See the blue buttons at the bottom of the screen.)

When you use the 'Chat now' facility, we will be here to answer any question or enquiry you may have. During office hours our response time is almost always very quick, and if you leave a message out of office hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you don't want to use the chat facility and want to keep reading all our informative content, just click on the line in the top right-hand corner of the chat box to minimise Live Chat. Any time you want to jump back into the conversation just click on the button again (or on my face if you're on mobile) and you can jump straight back in.

Ready to book a property sale appraisal?

If you're ready to find out whether an auction sale would be right for your property and circumstances, and to receive information about the best type of auction, prices and how we would value and sell your property, you can book a Property Sale Appraisal using our online booking system.

The property appraisal will be carried out over the phone and to book your appointment, you can use our calendar facility that appears on the Home Page and throughout the site (just scroll down each page and you will see the calendar or use the blue button at the bottom of the screen).

It's extremely simple – just click on a date and it will offer you all the available appointments – click on the one that suits you best and then all you have to do is enter your details and 'schedule the event'. You can even add guest email addresses so any interested parties know about the appraisal.

Some initial information about the property is useful but not required as we will discuss this during the appraisal. Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation and then we will do the rest – if we need any more information prior to the property sale appraisal, we will send you an email, so keep an eye on your inbox (and we'll also send reminders closer to the appointment, so that you don't miss the booking).

And of course you can always pick up the phone to talk to us: 01243 278139 lines are open 24/7.

We look forward to talking to you.
